I am excited to announce that I am working with a nutritional coach to get myself back to health and vitality. My coach is Tanya of Root Wellness. I’ve actually been following Tanya’s blog for a few years and when she had a call out for 6 free months of coaching, well .. I wrote to her right away!
Tanya sent me some paperwork and questionnaires to fill in so she could get to know me and we had our first phone call on Thursday. At the end of the phone call, Tanya gave me a home work assignment. One of the items that I may have the most difficulty with is eating without being in front of the TV or computer.
I’m alone quite often as my husband travels and Taylor the cocker spaniel doesn’t have much to say other than “feed me” with those big brown eyes so I’m rather hesitant to turn off my entertainment while eating. I will give this a try of course and note any changes. Perhaps, I’ll finish my meal and move on to something more constructive. I’ll be blogging about my nutritional adventures with Tanya each week.
